If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. We want to make the return process for you as simple and stress free as possible.

So how are we able to offer this? Simple. We take a lot of pride in our products, spending countless hours creating, researching, and designing the highest quality products on the market. We too love bachelorette products and only offer designs that we love and use ourselves. Trust us, we have definitely field tested our products and have used them at our own bachelorette parties—they were a hit! So we are confident that our customers will love our Bachelorettesy products as much as we have!

No Questions Asked Return Policy

In case you're wondering what exactly we mean by no questions asked, below is a list of acceptable reasons to make a return. 

  • You changed your mind about the product
  • Your package was left at your door and got rained on
  • The product was not quite what you expected for any reason
  • You decided you saw another product on Bachelorettesy that you like even better
  • You expected more glitter on your product (you can never have too much glitter)
  • And More!

How to Make a Return

While it does bum us out that you were not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make sure your return goes as smoothly as possible. We strive for your 100% satisfaction with any Bachelorettesy product.

  1. Email returns@bachelorettesy.com to get an RMA number - Please email us your order number so we can verify the purchase was made on Bachelorettesy.com. If a purchase was made outside of Bachelorettesy.com, we are not able to guarantee the quality or condition of our products. Also, we will need to confirm that the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. Our return policy is very generous, but please note that after 30 days of purchase, all sales are final. 
  2. Re-package your return and include the original receipt - Every order is shipped with a receipt included in the package. Please write the RMA number on the original receipt and make sure to include it in the box with your item(s) to be returned. 
  3. Ship the package back to Bachelorettesy via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to:

Please note that Bachelorettesy.com will not be responsible for return shipping costs or lost shipments, so we highly advise you to use a shipping carrier with tracking and/or delivery insurance.

Charges and Credits

Shipping Charges - Customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping returns back to Bachelorettesy. However, we will refund you 100% of what you paid us, including the original shipping charges. 

Refund - There are no restocking fees for purchases made at Bachelorettesy.com. A full refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account originally used during checkout. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, or there are missing or incorrect items, please email returns@bachelorettesy.com within 7 days for us to correct the issue. We are unable to process claims after the 7-day window. 

In your email, please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and a photograph of the issue to assist us in processing the claim. Once processed, we will provide further instructions on sending item(s) back to us, so we can send you your replacement.
